Get a picture frame or whatever you like symbolizing the baby is born. On picture frame you can write a paper inside stating the "baby is born". Then wrap the frame 9 times with different wrapping paper representing every month pregnant. Like for December Christmas paper and the last month make it a baby paper. Then have the mom write down 9 different number not to high though maybe one through 15 or amount of quest. Then get everyone in line and start with the first person and read of mom's number and pass the present one and they unwrap one layer then move on to second number and continue to pass until the baby is born(present). While everyone is still up you can also continue with the toilet paper around the waste. Lots of fun.
