Not really a game but a fun activity for everyone. The hostess provides onesies or t-shirts for baby - different sizes so baby has some as he/she grows. Also, hostess provides cardboard for inside of t-shirts and fabric paints.
Guests are asked to design a t-shirt for the new little one. Could
be a favorite sports team, favorite pastime of Mom or Dad, or a cute
baby theme.
The new Mom receives the t-shirts for baby after they dry.
