This game is exactly like pin the tail on the donkey, What you will need is a Baby Cut Out, Dummies made from Cardboard, with Your Guests Name on it. make dummy pretty using blue and pink card, glitter and use gold pen and put the expectant mothers name and date of the Baby Shower.

Then play your game as in in the tail on the donkey. The person closes to the babies mouth wins the prize.
