Baby's Birth Time Guess 50/50 Raffle

During the course
of the afternoon, let people know that there are tickets available
to guess at what time they
think the baby will be born. Something like, 1 dollar per guess or 3 dollars for 5 guesses.
Whoever is the closest to the correct time gets half of the
money that was collected. The other half collected can start a college
fund for the baby.
Suggestions / Hints:
Don't forget to write the nominated time on each of the raffle tickets. To minimise the possibility of mulitple winners make sure the guessed times are in hours and minutes, and that there are no duplicates of the exact same time.
