After everyone has arrived, you have one person stand up, state their name and tell one thing about themselves (ex. height, favorite color, age), any one thing. Then the next person to their right, stands up and does the same thing, only they also have to state what the first person said, the third person and on must also repeat everything that was said. The person who remembers the most wins.
