When guests first arrive, have them fill in the spaces on a pre-printed "bingo" card. (You can make the card by just using a computer to put boxes on a sheet of paper. Do not fill the boxes in, the guests will do it. Don't forget to include a free space). Have the guests fill in the boxes maybe at the beginning of the shower of gifts that they think the mother-to-be will receive. Whenever she decides to open the gifts, have them cross out the gift that she opens and that they have listed on their sheet. The first one with "Baby Bingo" wins.
