Kid
Friendly If you are going to have kids at the shower why not have fun activities to keep them entertained. Chances are adults may endulge in them too. I found rolls of paper (which you can find at places like staples or craft stores) and layed them down the table taping them at the end to stay secure. As center pieces I placed a cup full of crayons, and sure enough anyone placed around the table had a blank canvas to doodle on. Also as center pieces I used small toys, like blocks or rubix cubes as well as assorted childrens books that I picked up from yard sales (an extremely inexpensive way to find some great classics). As a present to the mother-to-be, she took home all of the books to help begin the baby's library!
