When you know this will be the last birth for the family, make the shower a real 'family reunion'. Include older siblings and extended family. Have all gifts be suited for the entire family unit - gift certificate for family portrait, open a savings account for a family vacation, give games and/or movies with a family theme. Be sure to update the family tree with all relatives and kin identified.
